Types of Arrangements
Type 1: Direct Cremation. $585

Services include local removal from place of death, refrigeration facility fee, processing all documents and obtaining necessary authorization, alternate cremation container, cremation procedure charge and returning the cremains to family for final disposition in a cardboard container.

Does not permit any viewing of the body.
Type 2: Direct Burial. $1,190

Services include local removal from place of death, processing all documents and obtaining necessary authorizations, refrigeration facility fee, modest cloth covered casket of minimum cost, transportation to a local cemetery.

Does NOT include the cost of opening
and closing of the grave, burial vault or grave marker. All cemetery costs must be borne separately by the survivors. Does NOT include use of the funeral home chapel for services, viewing of the body, funeral procession or graveside service. These services may be arranged at additional cost.
Type 3: Direct Shipment. $895

Services include local removal from place of death, processing all documents and obtaining necessary authorizations, embalming of remains for shipment, combination shipping container and transportation to Tampa International Airport

Airfare and other expenses of final disposition at destination to be borne separately by the survivors. This arrangement does not permit local viewing of body.
